Bali-Kesr

Bali-Kesr, Balu-Hissar, or Balik-Shehr, a town in Anatolia, Asiatic Turkey, in the vilayet of Broussa, from which town it is distant 75 miles S.W. Felt is made here for clothing the Turkish army.
