Clypeaster

Clypeaster, a genus of irregular Sea Urchins, found most commonly in the rocks belonging to the Miocene system in the Mediterranean basin. One of the largest and best known species is C. aegyptiacus, common in Egypt. The Clypeasters are large, generally flat-based, provided with jaws, and with both the mouth and anus opening on the lower surface.
