Edward V.

Edward V. (d. 1485), son of Edward IV., was king only in name. The kind attention of his uncle, the Duke of Gloucester - afterwards Richard III. - saved him from all the troubles that attend the wearing of a crown. There seems little ground for doubting the story of the murder of Edward and his brother in the Tower of London.
