Eunomius

Eunomius, an ecclesiastic of the 4th century, was born at Dacora, in Cappadocia. He went to Alexandria, and became the pupil of AEtius, and was Bishop of Cyzicus in 360. His Ariah views soon led to his resignation, and he was sent to Cappadocia. His views, which were adopted by a sect called after him, were condemned by two (Ecumenical Councils.
