Ozaena

Ozaena, the term applied to the intensely disagreeable smell which is associated with some forms of disease of the nose. Ozaena occurs in ulceration of the nasal mucous membrane, catarrh of the nasal bones, and in a peculiar form of chronic inflammation which sometimes affects the lining membrane of the nose.
